HTMC 2021 Annual Meeting Update

Aloha HTMC Members,

For those of you who attended the April 2021 online Annual Meeting, thank you for joining in. The meeting went well and it was great to see so many members, virtually. 

Those in attendance voted online on the three Amendments to the ByLaws, which all passed with the following recorded votes (out of a total 42):

Amendment #1 Approved 39

Amendment #2 Approved 41

Amendment #3 Approved 42

The seven Directors were Approved unanimously by acclamation. At the April 21st Board of Directors Meeting the following Directors were elected Officers: 

President: John Braum

Vice-President: Larry Lee

Treasurer: Phyllis Lam

Secretary: Hawkins Biggins

Assistant Secretary: Des Matsuno

Director: Barb Bruno

Director: Udom Stamegna

The Standing Rules have been updated on the website to reflect the changes including the Joining Rights, Privileges and Dues which include the new category “Friends of HTMC.” CLICK HERE to view the changes.
