A botanist’s scrapbook of interesting places with Sterling Keeley
February 25, 2017
From the California chaparral, to Hawaii’s slopes, Jordan’s ancient plantings and Mt. Kilimanjaro, plants reflect the environment in which they live. The vegetation of these widely separated places often share common features, but they also have unique characteristics that set them apart. This talk is intended as a brief introduction to enhance the appreciation of plants here in Hawaii and a glimpse into the lives of those living far away.
