2024 HTMC Annual Meeting: April 7th @2pm

All HTMC Members are invited to join the Annual Meeting. We encourage everyone who plans to attend to RSVP so that we can get a headcount beforehand to ensure that we will have a quorum. CLICK HERE  to RSVP.

A proxy is now available for those who cannot attend the meeting. CLICK HERE to download the proxy form. Your proxy allows you to appoint another member to be there on your behalf. The deadline to submit the proxy via email to president@htmc1910.org is Friday April 5th. If you do end up attending the meeting your proxy will be cancelled.

HTMC is an all-volunteer run non-profit organization, there are many ways to get more involved! Come to the Annual Meeting and hear from the Board and Officers along with all the Committee’s to learn more about what HTMC has been up to and how and where you may be interested in contributing!

The Annual Meeting will be held at the Waimanalo Clubhouse located at 41-023 Puuone Street, Waimanalo, Hawaii 96795 and let your voice and your vote be heard and have a say in the future of the Club. Feel free to drop by early to enjoy the beach, clubhouse grounds and visit with other members.
