Apply by January 15th for HTMC Clubhouse Resident Caretaker

Any HTMC member, couple or family in good standing is welcome apply to be HTMC clubhouse resident caretaker.  Resident caretakers pay an affordable rent ($300/month per person) and help HTMC by maintaining and keeping a physical presence at the property, fostering good relations with neighbors, and creating a friendly and welcoming environment for members and guests.
