SUSAN SCOTT – “CALL ME CAPTAIN OR I’LL KILL YOU.”

At 56, Susan sailed her 37-foot ketch to Palmyra Atoll, where she worked as a volunteer for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Her book, Call Me Captain, A Memoir of a Woman at Sea, is the story of that adventure in marriage, midlife and marine biology. Event is held at the HTMC clubhouse in Waimanalo, and starts at 5pm with a potluck; please bring a dish to share. Guests and non-members are welcome with a $3 clubhouse donation fee.
