Clubhouse Resident Applications 2026-27

Any HTMC member, couple or family in good standing can apply to be the HTMC clubhouse resident caretaker. Resident caretakers support HTMC by helping to maintain the property and create a welcoming environment for members and guests. In return, residents enjoy living in a wonderful beach location and pay an affordable rent. 

Starting in 2026, one- or two-year terms will be considered. For Residents requesting a two-year term, the second year would be conditional on a positive annual review. Current and previous residents are always welcome to reapply.
