Yoga for Hikers

Learn how to alleviate common aches and pains so that you can keep hiking! We will primarily address hips, hamstrings, knees, and feet, but if you have specific concerns, let me know ahead of time. Let’s stay limber and injury-free, so that we can hike well into our later years.
Bring, if possible:
– yoga mat
– 2 yoga blocks
– 1 yoga strap
– 2 firm blankets (twin size) or thick towels
No worries if you do not have these supplies on hand–we will make do.
We will be indoors, upstairs, and barefoot.
5-6:30pm, followed by potluck
Due to space constraints, this event is limited to 20 participants. A sign up link will be posted one month prior to the event. Please do not attend unless you have received a confirmation email. Mahalo!
