Dip down from the Maunawili Demo Trail into the lush vegetation of Waimanalo. Follow a pleasant steam and exit via the Old Government Road to complete the loop. This hike is for FIT novice hikers who can hike at least 5-6 miles on uneven and unimproved terrain with several gradual ups and downs. Hikers should also have the stamina to hike for 5 hours. The hike is a loop so turning back will not be an option.
