HTMC New Member Introductions – June

We would like to welcome our new members to the club with a warm aloha! In an effort to get to know our new members a little better, the board introduced an initiative for new members have the opportunity to share a bit about themselves and be featured in a newsletter article. Originally from Virginia, been living in Hawaii for 7 years, 4 on Oahu and 3 on Kauai

What made you want to join HTMC?

Being able to join folks that like serious hiking

What’s an interesting fact about you?

I lived in Europe for over two years in 1999-2001

How did you hear about the club?

The internet!

What’s been your favorite hike you’ve ever been on (either with the club or on your own!)? In Hawaii or elsewhere?

Highline Trail in Glacier National Park, Hanakapi’ai Falls and Kalalau on Kauai
