‘Iliahi Ridge

6.8 miles / Intermediate / Ridge, Valley / Pacific Palisades

This loop amid sandalwood (‘iliahi) trees veers off the main Manana trail. Expect panoramic views, a couple of stream crossings, and plenty of challenging ups and downs. Pay attention to the ribbons.

A $5 donation is requested for each non-member, age 18 or over.

Moku & Ahupua’a: Ewa & Manana.

Hawaiian Name Meaning: ‘Iliahi = sandalwood. From about 1790 to 1830 sandalwood trees were cut and exported to China.
