Hau’ula Loop

The Hau’ula Loop provides a light workout on the uphills and pleasant woodsy trails with occasional coastal views. Use caution at the slippery stream crossings.
A $5 donation is requested for each non-member, age 18 or over.

Hawaiian Name Meaning: Hau’ula literally means ‘red hau tree’
Historic Information: In the 1930s the Territorial Forestry built this loop trail to facilitate access to the Hau’ula Forest Reserve for hunters, fence builders and tree planters.
