We start at Waimea Valley Park (Park fee required) and ascend Kaluahole (south) ridge, then cross over at the confluence of the streams, and hence down Kalahe‘e (north) ridge. Additional fees for the Park are required: Kama‘aina $8; 60+ Seniors $6; Visitors $13.
