Members Only Pu‘u O Kona

This strenuous hike circumnavigates Kuliíouíou Valley, utilizing both side ridges and a stretch of the Koíolau summit. Much of the trail is extremely steep, and occasionally narrow & precipitous. Midway it intersects a state trail, which provides a bail-out.
