Traverse the eastern spine of the Ko’olau range from Makapu’u point to Waimanalo via an old Hawaiian kukini route, known to today’s hikers as the Tom-Tom trail. This trail was rediscovered in 1922 by HTMC’ers Tom McGuire and Tom Cadle. Unfortunately, this hike is now closed and can no longer be hiked.
