Climb steeply to the west ridge of Moanalua Valley, and follow it nearly to the summit, cautiously tightrope walking across a few narrow sections. After lunch, descend a side ridge (steeply) to a carriage road for the hike back out. Coordinator Mike Algiers, ph 422-1048.
