Ahuimanu
(2 Mi/Novice/Valley/Kahalu’u)
This trail is a great intro to hiking in Hawai’i. It is an easy walk through a diverse forest with some archeological sites. At the goal, we see one of the rock dikes which hold our water supply until we need it. This dike has a hole which provides a perpetual stream.A $3 donation is requested for each non-member, age 18 or over.Coordinators Dayle & Jacque Turner, turner@hawaii.edu or 729-3811.
