HTMC Hikes Cancelled & Rescheduled
It’s been a stormy spring, and unfortunately many HTMC hikes have had to be canceled (see list below). The Hike Committee will do its best to reschedule these hikes – keep your eye out for them in the future.
2/8 – Koloa Kaipapau
3/14 – Palehua (rescheduled 4/11)
3/15 – Kahekili
3/21 – Napu’umai’a (rescheduled to 3/28)
3/22 – Tripler Ridge
3/28 – Kuaokala (Security concerns closed Kaena Point Space Force)
Stay safe and help protect our trails: hiking in extreme wet or windy conditions is not recommended, as it can cause trail erosion and there is an increased risk of landslides, falling trees, and flash floods.
