2026 Annual Meeting: April 12th at 2pm
All HTMC Members are encouraged to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting on Sunday, April 12th at 2:00 PM at the Waimanalo Clubhouse, located at 41-023 Puuone Street, Waimanalo, Hawaii 96795.
Quorum Requirement To conduct official business, we need 10% of members present or represented by proxy. Without a quorum, the meeting will need to be rescheduled — so please plan to attend or submit your proxy!

Can’t Make It? Submit a Proxy A proxy allows you to appoint an attending member to represent you and cast your vote, helping us reach quorum.
